Led by Chef and founder Chris Snyder, Le Coeur is a private dining and catering team dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences around the table. We specialize in celebrating life’s most significant events with friends and family.We offer our clients a single point of contact throughout the entire planning process, learn what’s most important to you and provide guidance all all the way. We work intimately with our clients to design a seasonal and local inspired menu that you will be proud to serve your guests. Wherever possible, we incorporate ingredients from nearby farms, including house-grown herbs, heirloom vegetables, and local meats and seafood.

Though based in Fairfield County, Connecticut, Le Coeur serves discerning clients across the Northeast—including Westchester, the Hudson Valley, the Berkshires, Cape Cod, and coastal New England.
