Every menu is personally designed by Chef Chris Snyder, blending French-inspired technique with modern luxury. For a deeper culinary journey, we offer curated wine pairings, thoughtful table side touches, and an elevated service style that feels intimate, attentive, and quietly polished.

    Starting with 15 - 20 minute scheduled call, we will discuss your event, theme, food preferences and allergy specifications.

    From here we will send a few options to create your own bespoke menu.

    We are happy to revise any and all choices to suit you.

  • Confirm

    Once a menu has been confirmed, we are able to provide the final pricing.

    Pricing is based upon seasonal pricing and availability.

    A 50% deposit for the event will be due to confirm you date. This is fully refundable until 5 days before the date of the event.

  • Enjoy

    From here you can sit back and enjoy.

    We will do the shop and the majority of the preparations before we arrive to your home. During service we do our finishing touches and final cooking to ensure perfection.

    Your server for the evening will be with you from start to finish with full knowledge of the menu and wines.

    Once service is over, we are cleaned up and on our way for you to enjoy the rest of the evening with your guests.
